Some paths in REST API Browser contain repeated elements

Description

In the REST API Browser, some URL paths contain repeated elements (e.g. /api/2/api/2):

It is caused by concatenating paths in

class.
Here is the fragment which changes the path:

After removing it, everything seems to work correctly, but I have no idea what other places this change might affect.

Some investigation from our side https://bulldog.internal.atlassian.com/browse/RAID-1265, we’ve identified that after this change we started seeing duplicates in the URLs

the problem affects RAB, but the cause is in what data is returned by Jira’s WADL since version 8.0. I don’t know how atlassian-rest contributes to this problem, perhaps as a reporter of this issue knows.

Well the issue affects the REST API Browser, so the RAB project seems more appropriate. I’ve never heard of that project before though, and I’m not sure what code base it relates to. Also most of the issues there seem quite old. It might relate to an Atlassian Labs app, that we don’t support. Maybe knows? His name is on a lot of the issues.
