      Description

I have 2 Servers configured in my plugin. A JIRA and a Bamboo one (in some earlier plugin version).

Opening Settings Dialog for the JIRA dialog works fine. If I try to edit the details of the bamboo Server I see only a UI with everyhting greyed out. Afterwards this exception occurs. Same happens also on the latest stable release.

      Exception type: System.InvalidOperationException
Exception Message: Invoke oder BeginInvoke kann für ein Steuerelement erst aufgerufen werden, wenn das Fensterhandle erstellt wurde.
      Stack Trace:
bei System.Windows.Forms.Control.MarshaledInvoke(Control caller, Delegate method, Object[] args, Boolean synchronous)
         bei System.Windows.Forms.Control.Invoke(Delegate method, Object[] args)
