Need to "refresh servers" to avoid 401 when interacting with an issue

Description

When leaving my computer for several hours, it seems as if the session dies and I need to reauthenticate before doing any other actions. The actual process goes as follows:

In the existing issue view I have left open from the previous day, I press the button to "Start work" (or "stop work"). I then get a red line at the bottom of the screen with an error message. A detailed view of this is attached, and mentions "Error starting work on issue", "JIRAException" and "Client response status : 401".

To get things working again, I have to go to the "Atlassian" view and press the refresh button ("Refresh Servers"). Knowing that this will happen, I know just do this in advance to avoid the errors, but I guess many will not get that far.
