Allow to use an configuration file to generate data

Description

When SE is trying to reproduce the performance issue related, usually, we will try to generate the same amount of data as in the customer's situation.

It should be very helpful that the database generator plugin can generate the data base on a configuration file with the following data that we can fetch from the customer's log file:

So the idea is that, using the JIRA Data Generator plugin you can press a button and export a fingerprint of your instance (in the form of an XML file, eg?)
Then, in a vanilla instance, you can import that fingerprint and the JIRA Data Generator can generate the same instance with sample data. Would that be possible?

Hi,

- would you have time to have a look?
