Steps to Reproduce
Change the default location of the Application Logs following the instruction below:
Go to the Log Analyzer tab in Troubleshooting and Support Tools to trigger the scan
http://<YourApplicationDomain>.com/plugins/servlet/troubleshooting/view/
Expected Results
Log Analyzer is aware of the application log location has changed from its default and proceed to scan the log as expected
Actual Results
A warning message as below is shown:
We couldnt create your support zip.
You must provide the location of a valid log file.

The message itself is quite confusing as it mention that the Support.zip couldn't be created despite it can (but without the application log that is not in the default location)

Workaround
Choose the Enter the location of a log file (on your application server). option and provide the full path to the actual log location for manual scanning
