During the course of our troubleshooting, we may inquire the client to generate an export of their Cache Stats page to review how the cache is performing and if there are any areas of improvement.
Currently, this is a manual process in which the client must perform the following steps:
Save the page as HTML
Repeat for each node (if DC)
Attach to the ticket
It would be wonderful if we could review this information alongside the information already encapsulated in a support zip.
