Atlassian Troubleshooting and Support Tools plugin generates a File Not Found error in Windows Environments
Windows Server 2012 R2
Jira 7.5.1, 7.5.2, 7.6.1, 7.6.4, 7.7.1 using Atlassian Troubleshooting and Support Tools plugin version 1.6.0, 1.6.1, 1.8.4
Confluence Server 6.* using Atlassian Troubleshooting and Support Tools plugin version 1.8.1
Generate a Support Zip under System > Troubleshooting and Support Tools > Create Support Zip.
Attempt to Download the Zip file with the Download Zip button once the file has been created.
You can download the Support Zip without any error.
You receive a "File not found. The requested file cannot be found on the server" in a new tab.
URL will contain full local Windows path to file location
You can still find the file downloaded on the server in the JIRA\export file path or Confluence Home\export
You can shorten the URL by removing local windows path to file to just the file name:
Hey , this is currently in our internal backlog - we follow the same Bug fixing policy as all of other products, so will focus our efforts on fixing bugs that affect the most amount of users. As such we're focusing on some higher priority bugs first and hope to get to this after those are fixed.
Same behavior here on Windows Server 2012 R2 and JIRA 7.6.1 with ATST 1.8.4.

We have also experienced this issue, whilst easy to work around, it adds an extra little more difficulty in liaising with support to resolve Jira issues.
This has been fixed in 1.13.0 which will be available on the Marketplace shortly.
