Currently collecting support zip on Data Center is a painful process. To collect support zip from nodes, an admin has to;
login to front end node (using server's hostname)
go to Administration | Support tool | Support zip
ssh to the backend server
copy the support zip to local machine
repeat the process for each node
attach support zip to Atlassian support
Ideally, support zip should be submitted via the UI directly to Atlasian via Support Tool plugin. Otherwise there should be a semi automatic way to collect all support zip to shared-home/log directory.
