      Description

      Summary

In the healthcheck, we are seeing an ActiveObject error. This is an add-on that comes with JIRA and I am instructed by JIRA not to do anything w/o the help of support.

      Logs show the following error:

      Environment

      • JIRA 7 Environment running JIRA Instance Health 2.1.X versions.
      • JIRA Instance is connected to Microsoft SQL Server Database

      Steps to Reproduce

      Access the Support Tools Plugin.

      Expected Results

The Health Check should only fail when Active Objects is not running.

      Actual Results

The exception is displayed along with "The Active Objects health check has failed in your system".

      Notes

This is a spurious exception that can be ignored.
