Dialog title should be "Configure <LINK NAME>". Eg "Configure cappuccino"
Font size is generally smaller than the standard size?
Application Details Tab
Better description of display URL
"Trusted Apps" Tab
Tab should be called "Trusted Applications". We use the terms "Trusted Apps" and "Trusted Applications" - lets stick with one.
+ Two scroll bars aren't needed:
+ Configure shouldn't be a button but a link. Suggestion:
""cappuccino" (Confluence) is currently not configured to make requests into "cappuccino" (FishEye / Crucible) using Trusted
Get rid of gray line - there are lots of gray lines in that dialog. -> this is part of AUI, I don't think we should change this.
When you press configure:
These fields probably need a description?
Eg IP patterns: What is this? Might want to explain this? Even with an example eg "Whitelisted IP address pattern eg.121.22.*"
I couldn't fill out any value to get this field right! What format is this field?
Same with URL Patterns etc...
If the "Certificate timeout" field has a default of 10000 then we should write that as the default value in the text box.
It seems weird when you leave that field blank and press save you get a value of "10000"... The user will think - "I didn't enter that"
If you enter an invalid timeout value you get the error:
"Invalid certificate timeout (use 0 (zero) for no timeout)"
We should change this error to read:
- "Invalid certificate timeout. This should be a numeric value."-
The description for this field could be:
"Enter '0' for no timeout."
The form does not allow for field-level errors. Usually, the error is right under the text field. In this case it isn't. You can only have one error at a time.
"Basic Access" Tab
"Enter the username and password that must be used for outbound requests on this Application Link"
Could be renamed to:
"Enter the login details which will be used for outbound requests on this Application Link"
- Incoming Authentication Tab
o Same feedback as above
o The alignment of form fields is different to the "Outgoing Authentication" tab - this makes the experience quite confusing .
