AP.flag not working for cacheable/regular macros and generalPages in Confluence

Description

Summary

When creating a cacheable macro in Confluence:

atlassian-connect.js
-------------------------------------

-------------------------------------
The macro points to the html that load all.js and the local js file:
-------------------------------------

-------------------------------------
my-macro.js:
-------------------------------------

-------------------------------------
In the console you can see "JS file loaded" and all the user info but the flag it is not displayed.

Background

This issue has been affecting other other apps of Adaptavist:

  • ScriptRunner for Confluence, ScriptRunner for Jira

  • Test Management for Jira

  • Forms for Confluence and Community Forums for Confluence

Investigation Notes

doesn't seem to work for regular macros and generalPages as well. Tried with other modules like dialogs and the dialog displayed, so the problem might just be in flags. Also, the same flag creation code works in Jira.
